Treatments

Five treatments. No pressure to combine them.

Every treatment below is offered as its own appointment. Where combinations make sense — pairing a skin booster with anti-wrinkle treatment, for example — that's discussed at consultation, not assumed in advance.

01 · Injectable

Anti-wrinkle treatment

Botulinum toxin injections that soften the lines caused by repeated muscle movement — frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet — while keeping the face able to move and express normally.

Dr Biggart favours a measured dose to start, reviewed at two weeks, rather than treating heavily on the first visit. Many patients find they need less than they expect.

  • Commonly treatsFrown lines, forehead lines, crow's feet, bunny lines, and a gummy smile.
  • Appointment timeAround 30 minutes, including consultation.
  • OnsetEffects typically begin within 3–5 days, settling fully by two weeks.
  • DurationResults generally last 3–4 months and vary between individuals.
  • DowntimeNone expected; mild redness at injection points can occur.
  • ReviewA two-week follow-up is included to check the result and top up if needed.

02 · Injectable

Dermal & lip filler

Hyaluronic acid filler used to restore lost volume or add gentle definition — most often to cheeks, jawline, chin and lips.

For lip filler in particular, Dr Biggart works toward hydration and shape rather than significant size increase unless that's specifically what's wanted, mapping the treatment against your natural lip proportions first.

  • Commonly treatsCheek volume loss, jawline definition, chin projection, nasolabial folds and lip shape or hydration.
  • Appointment time45–60 minutes, including numbing time where used.
  • OnsetVisible immediately; final result settles over 2 weeks as any swelling resolves.
  • DurationTypically 6–18 months depending on treatment area and product used.
  • DowntimeSome swelling and bruising is common, especially in the lips; most people return to normal activities the same day.
  • ReversibleHyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved if needed.

03 · Injectable

Skin boosters

Fine droplets of hyaluronic acid injected just under the skin's surface to improve hydration, tone and texture, rather than adding shape or volume.

Skin boosters are typically given as a short course, with results building gradually — a good option for dullness, dehydration and early fine lines before considering anything more structural.

  • Commonly treatsDull, dehydrated or crepey skin on the face, neck, décolletage or hands.
  • Appointment time30–40 minutes.
  • CourseUsually recommended as a course of 2–3 sessions, four weeks apart.
  • DurationImprovements in skin quality can last several months; maintenance sessions are typical.
  • DowntimeSmall bumps at injection sites usually settle within 24–48 hours.

04 · Bio-remodelling

Profhilo

A high-concentration, stabiliser-free hyaluronic acid injected at specific points to remodel the skin from within, improving laxity and firmness rather than adding volume.

Profhilo is often chosen by patients who want their skin to look and feel better without changing the shape of their face — a common request from those who are curious about injectables but not ready for filler.

  • Commonly treatsSkin laxity and crepiness on the face, neck, décolletage and hands.
  • Appointment timeAround 30 minutes.
  • CourseA course of 2 sessions, four weeks apart, is standard, with annual maintenance.
  • OnsetImprovement in skin quality is typically noticed from around 2–4 weeks after the second session.
  • DowntimeSmall raised bumps at injection points settle within a day or two.

05 · Regenerative

Polynucleotides

A regenerative treatment derived from purified DNA fragments, used to support the skin's own repair processes, improve elasticity and encourage healthier-looking tissue.

This is a particularly gentle option for the delicate under-eye area, and is also used to support skin recovery around acne scarring.

  • Commonly treatsUnder-eye hollowing and quality, fine lines, and skin affected by acne scarring.
  • Appointment timeAround 30–40 minutes.
  • CourseTypically recommended as a course of 3 sessions, two to four weeks apart.
  • OnsetGradual improvement over several weeks as the skin responds.
  • DowntimeMild swelling or bruising possible, particularly under the eyes.

Before you book

A note on safety

All treatments are available to adults aged 18 and over following a full consultation and medical history review. Some patients will not be suitable candidates for certain treatments, and this will always be discussed honestly. As with any injectable treatment, there are possible risks and side effects, which are explained fully before you consent to treatment.

Not sure which treatment is right?

That's exactly what the consultation is for — book one to talk it through, no obligation to proceed.
